FAQs

I haven't done Reformer Pilates before can I come to a class?
YES! We want to make sure that ANYONE regardless of experience or fitness level has the opportunity to enjoy the benefits Reformer Pilates brings, and we make sure our classes are friendly, fun and inclusive. However, if you are returning from injury, please make sure your GP or physio has signed you off.
If you find it difficult getting up and down from a chair or the floor please book a 1:1 before joining a class. You can book a 1:1 by emailing us here.

I'm not flexible, can I still come to a class?
YES! It's why we are here! Pilates can radically improve your quality of life by reducing pain, increasing flexibiliy and allowing your body to move more freely.
Again though, if you find it difficult getting up and down from a chair or the floor please book a 1:1 before joining a class. You can book a 1:1 by emailing us here.
How do I book a class?
Download our booking app, Gymcatch here. Once downloaded, register to Gymcatch, search 'Move Pilates Ltd'. View our calendar and select a class to book, click 'Buy a Package' and you will then be presented with our package options where you can go on to purchase! You can find a step by step guide to booking here
Cancellations / Rescheduling
You can cancel your session up to 24 hours before a class.
If you attempt to cancel your session within the 24 hours you will not be refunded. Please read our full Terms and Conditions here.
The expiry for my class
pack is running out, can I transfer my credits?
Classes cannot be transferred once they have expired. We try very hard to provide different class packages to suit all lifestyles. If you don't feel confident you will use all your passes within the expiry date please purchase your classes individually.

Do I have to pay termly?
You do not need to pay termly for our reformer classes. We provide a number of packages to suit all lifestyles including pay as you go.
I can't get on to the class
I want?
If a class is full you can join the waitlist for that class, if someone cancels you will then be notified and you can then join the session. To avoid disappointment please book your classes as early as possible.
How many people
are in class?
Our studio has space for 6 people.
What should I wear
to class?
Please wear clothes that allow you to move freely but nothing too loose that will drape into the equipment and restrict it's movement.
If you are wearing shorts, please make sure you wear cycling shorts underneath.

Please no zips or anything that can cause damage to the equipment.

Sticky socks or bare feet.
What should I bring?
Sticky socks, water and a small hand towel.
Where can I park?
Unfortunately there is no parking on site. You can park free at either Sainsbury's (for 2 hours only) or at Castle Place car park. Alternatively there are two pay and display car parks close by.
